Experience Matters

With years supporting adults through mood disorders, feelings of isolation and disconnectedness, I maintain passion for the journey of healing deeply.

I've held positions as a therapist in a variety of outpatient, inpatient, community agencies, and private practice settings. I completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wilkes University, where I was Valedictorian of the graduating class. I later completed a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University. I created my private practice in 2014, where I practiced in Bethlehem, PA until becoming entirely virtual in 2026.

All-in-all, I believe the client-therapist relationship is of utmost importance and that regardless of therapeutic style, creating a safe, accepting, and genuine environment in therapy is the single most influential factor for effective change.
